The Blowing Machine is a core piece of equipment in the production of plastic bottles.
This device uses blow molding techniques to form bottles and plastic containers from materials such as PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), PP (Polypropylene), and PE (Polyethylene).

Production Process in the Blowing Machine

  • Charging:
    The machine is loaded with preforms, small thick plastic tubes resembling miniature semi-finished bottles.
  • Preform Heating:
    The preforms are placed in a special furnace to heat them to a suitable temperature (approximately 90-120°C).
  • Mold Insertion:
    The heated preform is placed inside a mold that determines the final shape of the bottle.
  • Air Blowing:
    Compressed air is blown into the preform, causing it to expand to the mold’s shape.
  • Cooling:
    The molded bottle is cooled within the mold to stabilize its structure.
  • Bottle Ejection:
    The finished bottle is ejected from the mold and transferred to production or packaging lines.

  • It has an unconditional mechanical and electrical warranty.
  • Mechanical spare parts are always stocked in the warehouse, and electronic parts can also be sourced externally without any issues.
  • It does not require special maintenance since it is made with the best equipment from Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and Europe.
  • The main costs are two components:
    1. Oven lamps, which should be stocked in the warehouse.
    2. Valves used in the blow molding process, which may need replacement over time.

It only works with PET but can change the shape and volume by altering the machine mold.

  • The machine uses six rows of halogen lamps with radiant heat.
  • The power consumption of the single-phase oven is 2000 watts, and the machine itself is 3000 watts.
  • At maximum capacity, it consumes 35 kW, but under normal conditions, it operates at 40% capacity, consuming around 20–25 kW.
  • Pre-blow operates at 10 bar, and the blow process at up to 28 bar. These components are not part of the machine and must be sourced from external suppliers.
  • The system is completely user-friendly and equipped with an error detection system.
  • Operators can learn to use it easily with a few hours of training provided by the installer.
