The Contiline 200H bottle sorting machine is introduced with a new design, specifically tailored for lightweight containers like 9- or 10-gram water bottles. This model features two new capabilities, enhancing the machine’s efficiency and effectiveness:

1. Redesigned bottle sorting mechanism at hopper output:
The installation location and operational structure of the bottle sorting mechanism at the hopper output have been significantly changed. Based on years of operational experience, these changes:

  • Prevent bottle collisions during output.
  • Enable smoother bottle sorting.
  • Avoid momentary channel emptying.
  • Significantly increase machine speed.

2. Precise vertical bottle alignment mechanism:
A highly accurate mechanical-electronic mechanism aligns bottles vertically without the bottle base touching during the process, enabling smooth transfer to the air conveyor.
