Contisort 200B – Bottle Rotation System
The Contisort 200B is specifically designed to handle asymmetrical bottles. It employs an automated position detection system at the bottle entry point to adjust each bottle’s orientation before it continues down the production line.
Operation Process:
As the bottle enters the machine, a position detection system determines its orientation.
A signal is sent to the rotation unit.
The rotation unit engages two servo motors, which rotate the bottle through transfer belts, pulleys, and rotating belts, ensuring it is positioned correctly before continuing down the production line.
